Privacy Policy

Last Updated: Sep 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MASICORP UK LTD., incorporated in the United Kingdom (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information relating to you in connection with BodySway. It covers the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information when you visit our website, use our mobile application, or access our other online services (together, the “Services”).

Before using the Services, please review this policy together with our Terms of Use, available at https://www.masicorpltd.com/wellbeat/terms/ (the “Terms of Use”). The Terms of Use are incorporated into this policy by reference. Your access to or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these documents and an agreement to comply with the laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your use (“Applicable Law”). If you do not accept these conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Services.

Personal Information

The personal information we may collect includes the following principal categories:

  • Health Information: Health-related records described in the “Third-Party Health Information” section of this policy.
  • Inferences: Conclusions or observations that may be derived from the information collected through the Services.

Third-Party Health Information

You decide whether to permit the Services to connect with external health applications and providers (“Third-Party Applications”). These may include Apple Health, laboratory or testing services, and other health data providers you authorize. We establish these connections only to import the health information covered by your permission. Depending on the source and your authorization, this may include heart rate, sleep records, movement and exercise activity, blood oxygen levels, and other health-related records. Throughout this policy, these authorized records are referred to collectively as “Health Information.” The section titled “Where Your Information Is Stored” explains the storage arrangements for these records.

How We Collect Your Personal Information

Information reaches the Services through the following channels:

Directly. You may supply personal information when registering to use the Services, completing an online form, asking us for information, or contacting our team for support or other assistance. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email address, or telephone number. You may also enter reproductive health records in the app, including menstrual cycle entries, symptoms, and related details. These entries are kept on your device and in Apple Health. As with other Health Information, our default handling does not involve uploading or retaining them on Company servers.

Third-Party Import. With your authorization, the Services import Health Information from the Third-Party Applications identified above. The usual arrangement is to store and process imported records on your device. Cloud processing applies only where you opt into a feature that requires it.

When you submit information or authorize a connection to a Third-Party Application, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing, and storage described in this policy.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Note: The default location for storing and processing imported biometric records, including heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen information, is your own device. During ordinary operation, the Company does not access or retain these imported records on its servers. An exception applies when you enable an optional feature that requires processing on a server.

Personal information other than Health Information is held on secure servers in the United Kingdom. We may also transfer information to providers that perform services for us in other countries.

Using the Services or supplying information to us signifies your understanding of, and consent to, the international transfers and processing described here. For residents of the European Union (“EU”), transfers will be carried out in accordance with EU data protection law. The protections available in a destination country may differ from those in your home country. In some circumstances, information held abroad may be accessible to that country’s courts, law enforcement bodies, regulators, or security authorities.

How We Use Collected Information

We may use personal information for the purposes set out below:

To provide the Services. Imported Health Information enables us to deliver the health-related functions described in this policy.

To perform analysis. Routine analysis of imported Health Information takes place on your device, rather than in the Company’s cloud systems. Health-related cloud analysis occurs only after you expressly initiate an optional feature that needs it. Such processing is confined to producing insights for you or carrying out the function you enabled.

To provide and improve customer service. We use contact details to handle questions, requests, and support inquiries, communicate changes to the Services, and maintain or improve their functionality.

For analytical purposes. We may examine anonymized, aggregated information about activity within the Services to understand how they can be improved. Information may also be used to safeguard the Company, its website, and the Services, including efforts to prevent theft, fraud, and other misconduct.

Restrictions. Advertising and marketing are not permitted uses of Health Information under this policy.

To Whom We Share Your Personal Information

With service providers who do things on our behalf. Vendors and contractors may receive information to perform tasks for us, such as email marketing, product development, service delivery, and customer support. Some providers operate outside the United Kingdom, where local laws may offer different levels of protection. Health Information is not shared beyond the circumstances described in this policy. Where sharing is permitted, it is restricted to the information reasonably needed for the relevant service or feature and is anonymized or de-identified where possible.

With partners for research and data purposes in connection with developing and improving the Services. We may work with external partners on research and data activities that support product development and improvement. Information supplied for these activities will be anonymized, and the recipients will be bound by confidentiality obligations.

With third parties as directed by you or to support transactions you engage in via the Services. We may provide information to another party when you authorize or request the disclosure, or when it relates to a transaction you undertake through the Services.

In accordance with applicable law. Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when we believe the disclosure is permitted or required by Applicable Law. This includes lawful public-authority requests concerning law enforcement or national security.

In connection with sale of the Company. Personal information held by us may be transferred to a relevant third party as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the Company.

How We Share Your Information

With your consent. Your permission may provide the basis for a disclosure. Consent may be given in a written document, through an online acceptance or click-through process, when accepting website terms, in a telephone or in-person conversation, or through another means.

In a business transfer. Information may form part of the assets transferred in a corporate transaction. Relevant transactions include acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, reorganizations, financing arrangements, and asset sales, as well as insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership proceedings.

To non-affiliated third parties. We may share information other than Health Information with independent organizations for business purposes, including enabling access to and use of the Services. These organizations may include internet service providers, related professional providers, operating systems and platforms, social networks, and contractors acting for us. This provision does not authorize the disclosure of Health Information to advertising networks or its use for advertising or marketing. Any sharing of Health Information remains confined to the circumstances expressly described in this policy, such as an optional feature you initiate that needs external processing or a request from you to share information with another user.

To subsidiaries and affiliates. Companies within our corporate group may receive information where this helps support your use of our websites and Services.

For legal process and protection. We may access, use, preserve, or disclose information to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, respond to legal proceedings or a government request, or where we reasonably and in good faith consider it necessary to:

  • Safeguard our own or another person’s rights, interests, property, or safety;
  • Address claims, disputes, or litigation, whether within or outside court proceedings; or
  • Protect website users, users of the Services, and other carriers or providers against fraud, abuse, or unlawful use of the Services.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We neither sell personal information nor make it available for rent. Sharing is limited to the trusted providers and partners described in this policy for operating our business, delivering and improving the Services, and supporting partner services and other offerings.

Third-Party Links and Websites

You may encounter advertisements, links, or other material associated with external websites or services when using BodySway. Such resources may be supplied by partners, vendors, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, or other organizations (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). Their content, links, and operating practices are outside our control, and we are not responsible for those practices. Third-Party Services may publish separate privacy and customer-service policies. When you visit or interact with them, the terms and policies of the relevant provider apply.

Our Content on Third-Party Services

Parts of the Services may be hosted or delivered through external platforms, or may otherwise rely on Third-Party Services. We do not control the material or links on these platforms and are not responsible for their practices. You choose whether to visit or interact with them and do so at your own risk, subject to their terms and policies. Information you provide directly to an external provider is handled under that provider’s privacy policy. We may also use third-party remarketing services to display advertisements to people who have previously visited the Services. Under their own privacy policies, these providers may use cookies or similar tracking tools to select advertisements based on earlier activity on our Services and other websites or applications. The restrictions on advertising uses of Health Information stated above continue to apply.

Your California Rights

Note: This section concerns residents of the United States. California residents have privacy rights that include requesting information about data handling, requesting deletion, and exercising their rights without discrimination.

Your Choices

The following options are available regarding the handling of your personal information:

Modifications to Personal Information. You can review or request changes to personal information by updating your website profile or writing to contact@masicorpltd.com. Information is retained for the time reasonably needed for its collection purpose or as otherwise permitted or required by Applicable Law.

Right to Delete. California residents may ask us to delete personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Requests may be submitted online, and an authorized representative may make a request on your behalf.

Tracking Technology. Browser controls can be used to disable some or all tracking software placed on a computer. Mobile-device settings may offer similar controls for mobile tracking. Disabling these technologies may make certain parts of the Services harder to use or prevent them from operating.

Location and Analytics. Where an external provider automatically collects personal information in connection with the Services, it may offer its own option to stop that collection. Please also refer to “How We Collect Your Personal Information” for the collection methods described in this policy.

Cookies. Browsers commonly accept cookies by default. Their settings generally allow you to delete existing cookies or refuse new ones. Choosing to block cookies may affect which Services are available and how they work.

Not Providing Personal Information. You can decline to supply personal information. Some or all of the Services may be unavailable if the information needed to provide them is not supplied.

Right of Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you because you exercise a privacy right described in this section.

Information Security

We employ commercially reasonable technical measures and security procedures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. These measures cannot provide an absolute guarantee of security. You remain responsible for keeping information within your control confidential.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Our retention approach is to keep and use information for no longer than is necessary to support our relationship with you and your access to the Services, consistent with our retention policies and Applicable Law. In particular:

  • Contact and account information is kept while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed to settle outstanding obligations or resolve disputes.
  • Imported Health Information remains on your device under the default storage arrangement and is not retained on Company servers under that arrangement.

Information for European Economic Area Residents

Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) benefit from rights and protections governing the processing of their personal information. For this section, “personal information” carries the meaning assigned by the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We process information described in this policy only on an applicable legal basis: your consent; the need to perform a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; or a legitimate interest, such as delivering the Services, handling inquiries, or sending marketing communications. Optional functions involving health-related information rely on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw by turning off the relevant function in the app settings. You may revoke consent at any time. You may also seek access to information we hold about you, request its correction or erasure, and ask for its transfer. Depending on the circumstances, you may object to processing or request restrictions on it. Use the contact details below to exercise these rights. If a concern about our processing remains unresolved, you may submit a complaint to the data protection authority where you live.

Contact information for data protection authorities is available at http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/article-29/structure/data-protection-authorities/index_en.htm.

“Do Not Track” Policy as Required by California Online PrivacyProtection Act (“CalOPPA”)

The Services do not act on browser “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. External websites may nonetheless track browsing activity. Browser privacy settings allow you to turn DNT on or off to communicate a tracking preference to the websites you visit; how an external website responds depends on that website.

Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code Section § 1798.83, gives California residents certain rights concerning disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing. These include requesting information about relevant disclosures and opting out of the relevant sharing. Requests under this section may be sent by email to contact@masicorpltd.com.

Usage and Deletion of Personal Information

You may ask us to explain what personal information we have collected, how it has been used or disclosed, and which third parties have received it. You may also ask for deletion. Some information may need to be retained where it is required to (1) complete a service you requested or meet our contractual obligations to you; (2) correct errors in the Services or identify data-security violations; or (3) prevent fraud or unlawful activity or satisfy Applicable Law. Deleting information may affect our ability to continue providing the same functions to you.

Send information-access or deletion requests to contact@masicorpltd.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time at our discretion. Please return to this page periodically to review the current version and remain aware of changes. To the extent allowed by Applicable Law, continuing to use the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
